Prices & payment<\/h2>\n\n  <p>\n  All prices in the store are stated in euros (\u20ac) including applicable VAT (IVA).  \n  The price agreed upon in-store and stated on your sales receipt\/order confirmation is the one that applies.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <p>\n  We offer secure payment options directly at the checkout. You can pay with the most common \n bank\/credit cards or according to other payment solutions presented in the store. \n  <\/p>\n\n  <h3>1.1. Price and discount information<\/h3>\n  <p>\n  Any prices in marketing or on displayed models may vary depending on the bed's \n size, fabric choice, legs, and other accessories. The final price for your unique combination \n is calculated and approved by you on-site before the purchase is completed. \n  <\/p>\n\n  <hr>\n\n  <h2>2. Delivery & shipping<\/h2>\n\n  <p>\n  We offer home delivery of beds on favorable terms. Transport is carried out by local shipping partners. Detailed delivery terms, prices \n for shipping, and estimated delivery time are determined in connection with your purchase in-store.  \n  <\/p>\n\n  <div class=\"fact-box\">\n    <h3>Delivery in brief<\/h3>\n    <ul>\n      <li>Delivery time varies depending on whether the item is in stock or made to order.<\/li>\n      <li>Options for carrying in and assembly can be arranged in-store.<\/li>\n      <li>The customer is responsible for ensuring that the transport can reach the property (clear passage through doors\/stairs).<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <h3>2.1. Customer responsibility upon delivery<\/h3>\n  <p>\n  It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the purchased bed\/furniture can be brought into the residence. \n Check and measure doorways, stairwells, and elevators before making the purchase. \n If carrying in or assembly has been purchased as an additional service, the area where the bed is to be placed \n must be cleared and prepared before the delivery personnel arrive.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <h3>2.2. Receipt control and damages<\/h3>\n  <p>\n  Upon receipt of the delivery, the goods must be carefully inspected together with the driver. \n Any visible damage to packaging or product must be noted directly on the consignment note \n before signing. Other hidden defects or transport damages must be reported to our \n customer service as soon as possible after receipt. \n  <\/p>\n\n  <h3>2.3. Disposal of old bed<\/h3>\n  <p>\n  When purchasing a new bed, you can inquire in-store about our options \n to help with the disposal of your old bed. This service must be booked in advance \n and is conditional on the old bed being disassembled and in a hygienically acceptable condition. \n  <\/p>\n\n  <hr>\n\n  <h2>3. Right of withdrawal, open purchase & exchanges<\/h2>\n\n  <p>\n  Since all sales take place in our physical store \u2013 where you have the opportunity to \n examine, try out, and receive personal advice on the products \u2013 the Distance Contracts Act (right of withdrawal online) \n does not apply.  \n  <\/p>\n  <p>\n  What applies regarding any open purchase, right of exchange for stock items, or the possibility \n of comfort exchange\/firmness exchange for mattresses varies between different models. The specific \n rules for the bed you choose will be presented and documented in-store at the time of purchase. \n  <\/p>\n\n  <h3>3.1. Exceptions for custom-made products<\/h3>\n  <p>\n  Beds and accessories that are manufactured, custom-ordered, or uniquely adapted to your wishes \n (e.g., choice of specific fabrics, unusual dimensions, or special firmnesses) cannot be canceled, \n exchanged, or returned once manufacturing has begun.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <hr>\n\n  <h2>4. Complaints & warranties<\/h2>\n\n  <p>\n  We take pride in delivering products of the highest quality. If a product should, against expectations, \n prove to be defective, we apply current consumer legislation for product defects. \n  <\/p>\n  \n  <p>\n  In addition to statutory rights, we provide comprehensive warranties on frame sides and \n spring breakage for most of our bed models. As the warranty period and scope differ \n depending on the bed manufacturer and model, you can read more about the exact warranty terms \n in-store or on your attached warranty certificate. \n  <\/p>\n\n  <p>\n  For us to handle a complaint case in the best possible way, we ask you to contact us at \n our phone number or visit the store. Have your receipt\/order document ready and be \n prepared to show pictures of the defect you wish to complain about. \n  <\/p>\n\n  <hr>\n\n  <h2>5.
